OTC recognizes that safety is a moral as well as mandatory requirement, and thus has set up its own high standards to meet the safety requirements of the statutory bodies and its clients.

Our Safety Policy is based on the following principles:
  • Safety has preference over all other considerations
  •  All employees are responsible for safety
  • Sets the Safety Standards and enforces strict compliance
  • Monitors and Analysis the Effectiveness and Takes Measures to Improve.
  • There are no Short Cuts to Safety
  • Safety and Security go hand in hand



The Establishment is aware of the following common reasons for non-compliance to the Safety Procedures, and takes preventive measures to eliminate these causes by arranging the periodic safety awareness campaigns and training programs.
  • Inconsideration of safety procedures
  •  Failure to use safety tools
  • Precipitance
  • Improper preparation or work site
  • Weak assessment of danger
  • To be in wrong place
  • Sickness, fatigue and sentimental ailments
  • Bad management of properties and logistics
